The staff were helpful with registration but lacked in addressing the room's state, leading to a disappointing experience. The availability of pet-friendly options was a plus, yet the overall maintenance needs significant improvement.

In my kids' opinion, the hotel should have better safety measures around the pool area to prevent slips.

I loved the King Room Non-Smoking! It had a nice little kitchenette to whip up snacks. Plus, the outdoor swimming pool was a delightful way to unwind after a day of adventure!

We stayed 5 nights and really liked the pool, super nice with great landscaping! The staff were friendly, but the room had some old bed skirts with burn holes. Overall, the place feels cozy, just needs a bit of updating. Also enjoyed the bar area for a chill drink.

The breakfast options were quite basic—a few packaged items that didn't feel fresh or appetizing. Additionally, the check-in process was slow, with only one staff member on duty, making it frustrating after a long drive. The location was good, close to several attractions, but the noise from the nearby interstate kept me up at night. A few more improvements could make this a much better stay.

I truly appreciated the beautifully landscaped courtyard and the large outdoor pool, which were so enjoyable and relaxing to spend time in during my stay. The staff were also very accommodating and attentive.

Good place with great wi-fi, free parking, and 24-hour reception. The staff helped with currency exchange during my first stay, which I appreciated. I recommend it for a wonderful experience! Coming back for Easter.

Convenient gas station nearby and a decent restaurant next door. Just not the vibe we were looking for overall, too run down for comfort.
